Migraines affect 1 in 7 people, that’s over eight million people in the United Kingdom alone, making it more prevalent than diabetes, epilepsy and asthma combined. Unfortunately, many people will suffer from migraines for years throughout their life negatively impacting upon their work, family and social lives. (Migraine Trust)

A Migraine, aka a super headache, is a series of small throbbing pains, to either side of the head and is unfortunately very common. Whilst not only painful, they can be very distracting and can stop you going about your daily routines. In fact, according to the NHS, migraines affects one in five women and around one in every 15 men.
Migraines have no definite cure; however, over the counter painkillers offer a short-term relief of the pain. The only problem is that said painkillers only mask the pain and overuse can harm the liver.
Pulsed Electromagnetic Fields (PEMFs) have shown promising results in the treatment of a migraine.
Have you ever thought about using PEMF therapy to help with migraines?
By introducing a complementary electromagnetic field into the body, you can re-establish healthy electromagnetic exchanges.
In one study, PEMF used for at least 20 minutes per day, reduced the frequency and intensity of migraines; shorter PEMF therapy sessions reduced pain by 73% and longer courses reduced pain by 90% (Dr Pawluk.com).
Whilst PEMF may not be able to completely stop migraines, studies have shown that it can significantly improve them.
