Implement PEMF into your wellbeing week!

With this week being National Wellbeing Week we thought it would be a great reason to share with you why you should implement PEMF into your health routine!

What is PEMF therapy?

Pulsed Electromagnetic Field therapy is a drug-free, pain-relief alternative, which can also encourage accelerated healing for injuries and ailments. By aiding the regeneration and energy output of the body cells, PEMF therapy can also help to improve your body’s overall performance, mental focus, and sleep.

PEMF Therapy is great for your overall wellness and wellbeing, it can help optimise organ function, improve blood circulation and increase oxygen distribution around the body. By introducing a complementary electromagnetic field into the body, you can re-establish healthy electromagnetic exchanges. This is why PEMFs are so valuable; they stimulate all levels of the body. The therapy is applied externally and fully penetrates the body, affecting individual cells, tissues, organs, and thus the entire body.

It’s known that a good night’s sleep is key to good well-being, we often hear from our customers about how PEMF therapy has improved their sleep. It does this by relaxing both the body and the mind, alongside facilitating the release of two hormones, HGH and Melatonin. A PEMF user said “I’m really pleased with the mat and find it very easy to use and high quality. It’s really helped me get a good night’s sleep and help me de-stress after a busy day at work… I would highly recommend.”

Can everyone use PEMF? The only time that we would advise not to use PEMF is if you were to place the applicators over implanted electrical devices such as pacemakers, cochlear implants, and intrathecal pumps. This is a precaution to ensure that the magnetic fields do not interfere with the functioning of these devices. Other cautions include pregnancy, epilepsy, and any condition causing active bleeding. Beyond that, PEMF therapy is safe for everyone, everywhere.
