Can PEMFs help with Diabetes?
Diabetes is a lifelong condition that causes blood sugar levels to become too high. There are two types of diabetes, type 1 and type 2. According to the NHS, around 90% off adults with diabetes have type 2. Diabetics are at higher risk of poor circulation. This can be due to damage to the tiny blood vessels in the body or due to plaque build up in the larger vessels in the body.
Pulsed ElectroMagnetic Fields (PEMFs) help to accelerate the healing and processes of numerous parts of the body, many of which diabetes effects, which is why PEMFs are ideal in helping people with diabetes.
PEMF therapy has prevented people with diabetes from amputation. Dr. Pawluk shared one case with us, where a foot sore from diabetes would not heal after 2 years of treatments and the person was recommended amputation. They gave PEMFs a go and within 3 months the wound cleared up, and they were discharged from the wound clinic.
PEMF therapy will not cure diabetes but it can help to manage the condition and the circulatory issues that come with it. Dr. Pawluk believes that every diabetic should own a full-body PEMF therapy system.
